Affiliate Disclosure & Disclaimer
1. Independence and Identity
InFashionTimes.com (the “Site”) is an independent website operated by Digital Media Strategies Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are not the manufacturer, retailer, service provider, agent, employee or representative of any third-party company featured on the Site, and the inclusion of any company, product or service does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or official association unless expressly stated.
2. Affiliate and Commercial Arrangements
2.1 We participate in affiliate and other commercial marketing arrangements with certain advertisers, merchants, service providers and other businesses featured on this Site (“Commercial Partners”). We may receive compensation when a user clicks a tracked link, makes a purchase, registers, opens an account, submits an enquiry, downloads an application, subscribes to a service or completes another qualifying action.
2.2 Compensation may take the form of a commission, referral fee, cost-per-click payment, cost-per-lead payment, fixed placement fee, sponsorship or another agreed commercial payment. The existence or amount of compensation may, where applicable, influence which Commercial Partners, products or offers are featured and their placement or prominence.
2.3 We aim to apply our stated editorial/review methodology independently of compensation. This Site displays offers from various brands and does not represent the whole market.
3. Third-Party Trademarks and Intellectual Property
All third-party trademarks, logos, product names and brand names featured on this Site are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification and informational purposes. Their inclusion does not signify or imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or approval from the relevant trademark owners, unless expressly stated. Any use of these trademarks, logos, product names, or brand names is consistent with fair practices and solely intended to provide accurate information to users. We make no claims of ownership or rights over any third-party intellectual property and caution users that additional information may be available directly from the relevant owners.
4. Content Disclaimer
4.1 All content on this Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal or other professional advice. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information presented is accurate and up to date, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, reliability or accuracy of any content. Information may contain errors or omissions or may become outdated without notice.
4.2 Users are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying upon it and should seek independent professional advice as appropriate. Use of the information on this Site is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Third-Party Links and Transactions
5.1 Unless expressly stated, we do not sell or provide the third-party products or services featured on this Site. Where a user follows a link to a third-party website, that website will have its own terms and conditions, privacy policy, eligibility rules and other conditions to which the user may be subject. Any purchase, registration, account opening or other transaction concluded via such a link is made solely between the user and the relevant third party. We neither recommend nor endorse any third-party site or its products and services unless an official partnership, authorisation or endorsement is expressly stated on this Site.
5.2 We accept no responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability or practices of any third-party website accessed via a link on this Site.
6. Nature of Affiliate Relationships
The existence of an affiliate or commercial marketing arrangement does not make us an employee, agent, corporate affiliate, representative or joint-venture partner of the relevant Commercial Partner. Any official partnership, authorisation or endorsement will be stated expressly where it exists.
7. Deals and Coupons
Pages featuring deals or coupons contain affiliate links and commercial offers. We may receive compensation when you click a link or complete a qualifying action.
Offers, discount codes, prices, availability and promotional terms are provided by or obtained from third parties and may change, expire, be withdrawn or be subject to eligibility requirements and exclusions without notice. While we aim to provide useful and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that every offer or code will be valid or available when you attempt to use it.
Users should therefore verify the final price, availability, eligibility requirements, exclusions, expiry dates and other applicable terms directly with the relevant merchant before completing a transaction. Any purchase or other transaction is made directly with the merchant and is subject to the merchant's own terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by English law. Any dispute, which cannot be resolved between us, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
