What it sells

Wide accommodation choice

Agoda lists a broad mix of property types from budget hostels to luxury resorts and private vacation homes. Search filters let you narrow by price, facilities, neighborhood and guest rating. Listings include photos, guest reviews and amenity details so you can compare room types and cancellation options before booking.

Deals and rewards

Agoda highlights member-only rates, flash sales and promo codes. The AgodaCash loyalty credit accrues on eligible bookings and can be applied toward future stays. Price competitiveness is a key draw — the site frequently runs limited-time discounts and special offers for app users and registered members.

Booking and support

Bookings provide immediate confirmation and details via email and the app. Many properties offer free cancellation or flexible policies, but terms vary by listing. Customer support is available for reservation changes, although response times can vary. Manage bookings, request invoices or contact hosts directly through the platform.
