How it works

Buying tickets

Eventim.co.uk lists tickets for UK concerts, festivals, theatre, comedy and sport. Search by artist, venue or date, view interactive seating maps and compare price tiers. Many tickets are sold as official primary stock; Eventim also operates verified resale (FanSale) for returned tickets. Expect dynamic availability during pre-sales and onsales — add alerts and join mailing lists to catch presales and limited releases.

Ticket access

Most Eventim orders are delivered electronically: mobile tickets, PDF e-tickets or digital wallet passes that scan at the gate. Where available you can opt for postal delivery, box office collection or 'collect at venue' for same-day pickup. Keep confirmation emails and scanning barcodes ready; for reserved seats your order includes seat numbers and entry time windows where applicable.

Services & support

Eventim offers presales, VIP packages and occasional fan club allocations alongside standard tickets. Service and delivery fees are added at checkout — review the final price before payment. Customer support covers order queries and venue accessibility but response times vary. For sold-out events, check the verified resale channel (FanSale) or registered resale deadlines; beware of unverified secondary sellers outside Eventim's platform.

Help & FAQ

How are tickets delivered?

Most tickets are digital: mobile tickets, PDF e-tickets or wallet passes. Where offered you can choose postal delivery or box office collection. Delivery options are shown on the event page and at checkout.

Can I return or get a refund for tickets?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled or your order qualifies under the seller's refund policy. Check the event terms before purchase and watch for official announcements.

Are there discounts or presales?

Eventim runs presales, fan club allocations and occasional promo codes. Some discounts (student, reduced) depend on the venue. Sign up for newsletters and follow presale instructions on the event page to access early ticket releases.
